Can we rent a backup while our own device is being repaired?
Yes. This is one of the most common reasons facilities rent from us. We can repair your device and supply the backup, so one team handles both.
Can we rent several units for a patient surge?
Yes, depending on availability. Send the device types and quantities, and we'll confirm what we can deliver and when.
What if we decide to keep the equipment?
Tell us before the rental ends. We'll quote buying that unit or a comparable new or refurbished one; reconditioned equipment comes with a 90-day warranty.
Who handles problems during the rental?
Our biomedical team. Across Dallas–Fort Worth we can usually be on-site the same day; elsewhere, service requests receive a response in under 8 business hours, Monday through Friday, with visits scheduled in advance.
