Mr Biomed Tech is a company that deals with the sale, repair, renting and disposal of biomedical and surgical equipment. Some products may be brand new, while others are pre-owned or refurbished. At the time of sale, any refurbished equipment is sold, unless noted, in a patient-ready condition, well checked, tested, and repaired to meet or exceed the original manufacturer specifications. In case you find any doubts concerning the status of any item, then you can contact us to provide clarity before buying or renting the item.
Our supply is ever-changing and can be modified regularly. Availability of any product is subject to stock on hand at the time of your order. The time of delivery may be based on third-party suppliers or delivery services and is not necessarily in total control of Mr Biomed Tech. We try to accommodate our Texas-based clients within a 24-hour time frame.
Sales are final to the extent that they are not stated. Orders are usually paid in advance except when indicated on the invoice (in case of any “try-before-you-buy” promotion available at the given time). We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Wire Transfers (a processing fee of $40 is charged on the wire transfer). Nationwide orders can be paid using business checks, but the shipment will be postponed until the banking verification is done. The past due accounts would accrue interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum interest rate provided by the Texas state law.
The buyer is responsible to take care of shipping costs unless otherwise. When delivering, check all equipment to see whether it is damaged. Record and report potential damage to the shipping carrier within 5 days and maintain all the packaging and evidence. Otherwise, you risk having a restricted right to make a claim.
Mr Biomed Tech will strive to meet all orders as demanded in a reasonable and timely manner. In case of inability to supply an item, a refund of that item will take place. We are not liable to damages except the equipment cost.
When accessing this site, you accept to abide by all the local, state, federal and international laws. You will not transact in this site any illegal process or infringe on the rights of other people.
The entire material, trademarks, logos and service marks on this site belong to Mr Biomed Tech. Without written consent, users are prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, and produce derivative works of the site content. Violation of our intellectual property can lead to prosecution.

In no case will Mr Biomed Tech be held responsible to pay any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including profits or data lost by your using this site or services.

Internet usage may not be entirely safe; the user has to keep his or her account details and passwords.
